Concessions are available to under-18s, full-time students on presentation of an NUS card and holders of an ES40. Please bring along your identification to the first event you attend where you can claim your tickets. Concessions are not available on special deals.

Please check your tickets as soon as your receive them. The Box Office cannot guarantee to exchange tickets or refund money. Tickets may only be returned for resale if the event in question is sold out. A £2 handling charge per ticket will be made.
