Sacramento Convention Center Ticketing

The Convention Center Box Office is located at 1301 L St. in downtown Sacramento, adjacent to Capitol Park and next to the Hyatt Regency.

Hours are Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and 2 hours prior to an event on Sundays and Holidays.

8 ticket limit per patron. Patrons exceeding the ticket limit will have their orders cancelled at the venue’s discretion.

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. Please note that every body must have a ticket to enter the venue, including babes in arms unless specified on the event purchase page.

Box Office Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 10am-6pm, Saturday noon-4pm, and 2 hours prior to event at venue

Will Call/3rd Party Will Call
-Will Call opens beginning two hours prior to the performance, at the performance venue.
-Will Call customers must present valid photo I.D. and the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to have tickets released.
-The Box Office will accept 3rd party/drop-off Will Call beginning 30 minutes prior to performance time on ticket. This service is provided for our patrons attending the event who have a member or members of their party running late.
-The Box Office does NOT accept 3rd party Will Call from ticket brokers or resellers.
- Customers who wish to leave tickets at Will Call do so at their own risk. The SCC Box Office does not assume any responsibility for any illegible or unclaimed third-party Will Call tickets.
